Welcome to the TeenWeight Loss Club. This website will help you lose weight, permanently. It’s not a diet, or a fad, or a place to get you to spend money. It’s just plain, simple ideas of things you can do, right now, to lose weight. It’s written by a pediatrician who takes care of teens, loves teens, and knows that you can accomplish any goal you set for yourself. So, get ready to take charge of your weight, and let’s go!
Step One is to take the quiz and get your personal report on why you’ve been having trouble losing weight, and what you can do to get started.
Step Two is to set your personal goals. Check the diet calculator to get some ideas, and read your personal report. Then, decide which simple, easy changes you can make right now. You can change these goals as often as you want. If you set goals you’re not ready to meet yet, scale back. If your goals are too easy, set more challenging ones. It’s all on your terms.
Step Three is to set up your log book to keep track of how you are doing with your personal goals. You can log in daily or weekly, whichever will work better for you. You’ll get an email at home reminding you to log your progress, with helpful tips for meeting your goals.
That’s it. Good luck – and the Teen Weight Loss Club will be here, every step of the way and helping you and cheering you on!
